License terms

Purchasing a product on LIAVISgrants the buyer a right of use (a license), not a transfer of intellectual property. The product’s creator — LIAVIS or a partner — retains full copyright over the content. The applicable license type (personal or commercial) is stated on each product page before purchase.

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, the personal license allows:

• strictly individual use, for your own needs or personal projects;
• installation or use on devices for which you are the primary user;
• following a course for personal purposes, without sharing access credentials.

It does not permit resale, redistribution, or use on behalf of a company or paying third parties.

Where offered, the commercial license additionally allows:

• using the product as part of a professional activity or on behalf of a client (for example, integrating a purchased template into a website delivered to a client);
• use by several team members within the same organization, up to the number of seats or users specified on the product page;
• integrating the product into commercial deliverables (websites, marketing materials, content produced for clients).

The exact number of users or projects covered by a commercial license is stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

• reselling, redistributing, renting out or transferring the product as-is, alone or bundled into an offering competing with LIAVIS;
• publishing the product (or a substantial part of it) as freely available, for free or for a fee, on another site or marketplace;
• sharing your account credentials or download links with people not covered by your license;
• removing copyright or license notices present in the product, where they exist;
• using the product to create a directly competing offering that reproduces the substance of its original structure or content.

Unless stated otherwise, the license is granted for an unlimited duration from the date of purchase and is not transferable to a third party, including in the event of the sale of a business or project, except with LIAVIS’s prior written consent.

In the event of a confirmed breach of these license terms, LIAVIS reserves the right to revoke the access and rights of use granted, without prejudice to any further action in the event of proven damage.
