These terms of use govern access to and use of the LIAVIS website (liavis.com) and the « My account » personal area, independently of the purchase-specific terms detailed in our terms of sale.

Products sold on LIAVIS are digital content delivered exclusively by electronic means, with no physical medium. The exact format (video, PDF, file archive, software access), applicable license and access conditions for each product are stated on its product page before purchase. Access is delivered only after payment is confirmed, via a secure, personal, time-limited download link, or from the « My purchases » area of your account.

Creating an account is not required to make a purchase (guest checkout is available), but makes it easier to find your orders, licenses and downloads.

• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date;
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity carried out from your account;
• You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account, at contact@liavis.com.

You agree to use the LIAVIS website in accordance with its intended purpose: browsing the catalogue, purchasing digital products, managing your account and downloads, and communicating with our support team. Any use of the site for purposes other than its intended purpose is prohibited.

• attempting to circumvent the security or protection mechanisms of digital files (signed links, download restrictions);
• using automated means (bots, scripts) to extract data from the site or place orders without human involvement;
• providing fraudulent payment information or impersonating a third party;
• reselling or redistributing purchased products in breach of our license terms;
• disrupting the technical operation of the site or attempting to access it without authorization.

LIAVIS may change the catalogue, site features or interface at any time, as part of ongoing improvement. Already purchased products remain accessible in accordance with the access right acquired, except in cases of revocation provided for in our refund policy or our license terms.

The site’s structure, visual identity and original editorial content are protected as set out in our legal notice. Rights relating to the products themselves are governed by our license terms.

In the event of a confirmed breach of these terms, LIAVIS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the account concerned, after attempting prior notice where circumstances allow. Such suspension or termination does not affect rights already acquired over legitimately purchased products, except in cases of confirmed fraud.

LIAVIS may modify these terms of use at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the site on the date of your visit; the last update date is shown at the top of this page.
